For years we have thought about, analyzed and planned on how we could change the real estate world for the better. We realized we were frequently reducing our commissions for friends and family and thought, "why wouldn't we do this for everyone?". It comes down to 2 things, technology and strategy. Using technology we can do more in less time. For example: it used to take a typewriter and meeting in person to respond to offers. Now, we can have it to you in minutes to sign right on your phone. The other reason is that we would rather sell a lot of houses for a small profit than a few houses for a large profit. We will help recommend a price based off of similar homes that have sold. This is called a CMA. We will walk you through pricing strategies, best case, and worst case scenarios. From there you tell us what you want it to be.

We are local, full-time real estate professionals. You will have an agent dedicated to getting your home sold. They will be your main contact, but you will have our whole team available to help. You will have our cell phone numbers and be able to reach us at anytime!

We know that getting your home sold for top dollar is your number one priority. We have invested in a marketing plan that we believe gives you the best chance of success. Our program is simple, you get our full marketing program and services for 1% of your sales price. We always offer a 3% buyer's agent fee to the agent that brings a well qualified buyer and offer. So you pay 4% total vs the 6% that agents "typically" charge. When a new company figures out a way to offer more for less, it almost always creates a stir among competitors.
